01The hard place
It didn't start with a stage. It started with body shame.
For a long time I didn't like my own body, and I had an eating disorder to go with it. That's me in the photo — underweight, exhausted, and convinced that shrinking myself was the answer. From the outside, deciding to compete looked like confidence. It wasn't. It was me trying to force a body I hated into a shape I thought I was supposed to have. I want to say that plainly, because a lot of the women I coach started somewhere just like it.
04The proof
Six years of competing. None of it luck.
That rebuilt system carried me through six years on stage and, in 2025, to my IFBB Pro Card — at 21 — and the Swiss Grand Prix overall title. I'm proud of those, but they're not the point of this page. The point is that they came from a method anyone can be taught, not from genetics or a secret. If it worked on the version of me that started from body shame, it can work on you.
05Why I coach
Body shame became body pride. Now it's a system.
I coach because I had to learn all of this the slow, painful, hormone-wrecking way, and there's no reason another woman should. The pain turned into a method, and the method is what I hand my clients — so they get the strong, aesthetic body without the two lost years and the war with the mirror.
[ How I coach ]
High standards. Real care. Both, always.
Earned, not borrowed
IFBB Bikini Pro, pro card at 21, plus formal qualifications in movement, health and female-specific coaching. I coach what I've lived and proven, not what's trending this month.
Health before ego
I know exactly what old-school prep, food pressure and hormonal damage cost, because they cost me. My clients don't get to repeat my mistakes.
Direct, never cold
Discipline and self-respect belong on the same side. You get honesty and structure from me, not fluff and not fear.
What I train and take
Curious about the gear, the gym setup and the supplements I actually use? It's all in one place.
[ When you're ready ]
If you want to build a body and a mindset you're proud of, let's talk.
Everything I coach, I earned. I'd like to help you earn yours.
