10K + Website Launch Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

These are the official terms for the Instagram giveaway by Janine Tobler in cooperation with Apollon. By entering, you accept these terms. The German version of these terms is legally binding.

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Janine Tobler (contact details: see Imprint) — hereinafter "the Organizer". Prize sponsor for the supplement package is Apollon. Apollon is not a co-organizer of this giveaway.

2. Giveaway period

The giveaway runs from Saturday, July 18, 2026 (publication of the giveaway post on Instagram) until Saturday, July 25, 2026, 23:59 (Swiss time). Entries after this deadline will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Eligible are natural persons aged 18 or over with residence in Switzerland. Persons involved in organizing the giveaway, members of their households, and employees of the prize sponsor are excluded. Entries via fake accounts, multiple accounts, bots, or dedicated giveaway/competition accounts may be excluded without notice.

4. How to enter

To enter, complete all of the following steps on Instagram during the giveaway period:

  1. Follow @janine.tobler.ifbbpro and @ch.apollonnutritioneurope
  2. Tag 2 people in a comment under the giveaway post
  3. Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story
  4. Comment «done» under the giveaway post

Entry is free of charge. No purchase is necessary. Purchasing any product does not increase the chance of winning. Only costs incurred are your standard internet/data charges.

5. Prize

One (1) winner receives:

  • 1× limited edition shirt, hand-drawn design by Janine Tobler, limited to 30 pieces (value CHF 79)
  • 1× Apollon supplement package (value CHF 300)

The shirt is available in sizes XS–L; size subject to availability. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or paid out in cash. If a prize component is unavailable, the Organizer may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. Supplement products are intended for adults; ingredients and intended use per the manufacturer's product information.

6. Draw and winner verification

The winner is drawn at random from all valid «done» comments on Sunday, July 26, 2026, using a comment-picker tool. The draw is recorded and published in the Organizer's Instagram story for transparency.

The drawn participant is announced by Instagram username in the story and must contact the Organizer via Instagram direct message within 24 hours of the announcement, providing:

  • a screenshot of their comment (showing the 2 tagged people), and
  • a screenshot of their story share (from their story archive).

The Organizer additionally verifies that the drawn participant follows both accounts. If the drawn participant does not respond within 24 hours, cannot provide the required proof, or does not meet the entry conditions, a new draw takes place under the same procedure. This process repeats until a valid winner is confirmed.

7. Winner announcement and prize handover

By entering, participants agree that, if drawn, their Instagram username may be published in the Organizer's Instagram story (draw video and winner announcement). The complete prize (shirt and supplement package) is handed over in person at David Gym ZH West, Zürcherstrasse 113, 8952 Schlieren. The confirmed winner arranges a pickup appointment with the Organizer via Instagram direct message and collects the prize within 14 days of winner confirmation; otherwise the claim to the prize is forfeited. Shipping takes place only in exceptional cases by prior arrangement with the Organizer and only within Switzerland; there is no entitlement to shipping. If shipping is arranged, the Organizer is not liable for postal delays or loss after handover to the carrier.

8. Data privacy

Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway (Instagram username, direct messages, verification screenshots, and — for the winner — name and, if shipping is arranged, a shipping address) is used exclusively to run the giveaway and hand over the prize, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted after the giveaway is fully completed. 9. No affiliation with Instagram

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with this giveaway. All questions regarding the giveaway must be directed to the Organizer, not to Instagram.

10. Early termination and changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for good cause (in particular technical faults, manipulation, or legal reasons). In such a case, participants have no claims against the Organizer.

11. Final provisions

The giveaway is governed by Swiss law. Legal recourse is excluded (der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen). Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. These terms are available in English and German; in case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
